The paper summarizes the definition of the risk and the purposes of the risk management in enterprises, analyzes the management risks encotmtered by the ready-mix concrete enterprises, points out the strategies of preventing theses risks in the ready-mix concrete enterprises so as to improve the system of the risk management in concrete enterprises and to strengthen the enterprises＇ understanding and the capability to avoid the management risks.
