摘要
通过对代建制的理论研究,指出了代建制中代建单位成为建设工程项目的主导,并在此基础上结合国内代建单位的现状,总结出国内代建单位的发展目标,从而使代建制在我国政府投资项目管理中发挥更大的作用。
Through the theoretical research of the agent construction, the paper points out that the construction agency becomes the leading of the construction project, based on this, summarizes the development goal of the domestic construction agency combined the present situation of the domestic construction agency, to make the agent construction to play a greater role in the investment project management of the our government.
