针对写字楼估价中对区位因素分析的不规范,首先探讨了写字楼的概念和特点,然后分析了房地产估价中的区位和区位因素,最后着重介绍了写字楼物业估价中区位因素分析应包含的内容,以保证写字楼估价的合理性,从而推动写字楼市场的发展。
