摘要
教师哲学智慧形成的艰难性在于教师独立人格丧失。教师独立人格丧失的原因主要包括三个方面:即大学教育学专家的学术霸权制约了教师的哲学表达;哲学本身的孤独性格使哲学远离了教师实践生活;技术官僚的技术化行政策训导了教师按部就班的思维定势。
The dilemma of teachers＇ philosophical wisdom lies in teachers＇ losing of their independent personality. The main reasons for the loss are as follows： academic hegemony in university＇s restricting of teachers＇ philosophy expression; the lonely charateristics of philosophy making itself far away from teachers＇ practice, technical and administrative bureaucracy guidance of teachers＇ step-by-step thinking mode.
