摘要
基于多学科的视角审视,重新确认教师是德育制度变革的重要主体,使其在德育制度变革中发挥主导作用;然而,在当前德育制度变革的过程中,教师的主体地位与应然的定位存在落差。通过采取有效措施,强化教师的主体地位,有效激发教师的主导作用,是实现德育制度有效变革的关键所在。
Based on the viewpoints of different disciplines, teachers should be reconfirmed as important subjects in, the practice of moral education system reform and should play predominant roles. However, there exits a gap between the teachers' present subjective status and the ideal one. The key to moral education system reform is to take some measures to strengthen the teachers' subjective status and arouse their predominant roles.
