摘要 高职院校经过几年的快速发展,已从量态扩张向质态提升、从外延扩张向内涵发展转变。在发展与转变过程中,既存在着许多矛盾与困惑,又蕴含较为丰富的辩证思想。从辩证法的角度分析高职院校内涵建设的现状、问题及对策的同时,提出了为谁发展、要什么样的发展、怎样发展及靠谁发展等深层次问题的解决办法。 Vocational colleges meet with a lot of conflicts and puzzles while they are striving for its development. They grew very fast in large quantities in last several years. Now their development converts to inner construction. Rich dialectic thoughts axe embedded in their development stages. This paper probes into the present situation of vocational college's inner construction(VCIC), studying problems and strategies. It puts forward several questions and their answers:what the VCIC developmentes; how to develop VCIC; and who would support VCIC development.
