The paper believe that Faust has its Psychological Connotation, which is the road of Faust is the road to the whole self, She evil is the shadow of humankind, people should learn to assimilate and control the shadow. The image of Helen, Maria and Gretchen are the anima in Faust＇ s mind, they act as instructor inside human mind.
