黄浦区屋顶水箱水中藻类生长及污染现状调查 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]了解黄浦区屋顶水箱水中藻类生长及污染现状。[方法]随机抽取该区20只多层住宅屋顶水箱为水箱组,另取2个点作为对照组,观察时间1年。分析藻类的种类并计数,同时观察屋顶水箱的气温、照度、pH值、总氮、总磷、氮磷比值、浊度、耗氧量、用水量等指标。[结果]每次检出的藻细胞数量较小,藻细胞计数最高值3690个/L,最低值220个/L,80%样品的藻细胞计数在1000~2600个/L。检出藻类中隐藻和绿藻两项合计占99.5%。水箱组的pH值、总氮及浊度3项指标与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]水厂的供水质量、定期清洗消毒及氮磷比值对藻类的繁殖影响很大,其他因素影响不明显。本区屋顶水箱水中藻类污染的程度较轻。 [ Objective ] To learn algae growth in the roof water tanks of Huangpu District and the status of water pollution [ Methods ] 20 roof water tanks of multi-storey buildings were taken as the sample group and another 2 tap water samples as the control group. The observation period was one year. The number and type of algae were analysed in accordance with the factors such as temperature, light intensity, pH, nitrogen-phosphorus ratio, turbidity, oxygen-consumption and water-consumption, etc. [ Results ] The maximum number of algae cells in the samples was 3 690/L, whereas the minimum cell number was 220/L. Cryptophyta and green algae accounted for 99.5% of the whole algae. [ Conclusion ] The algae growth and photosynthesis were obviously influenced by some factors such as : water quality from the water factory, regularity of cleanout and disinfection of the water tank and nitrogen-phosphorus ratio; other factors are not so obvious. Algae has polluted the roof water tanks to a less extent.
