MRI导向脑内多发性病灶立体定向活检

Stereotactic biopsy under MRI-guide on multiple intracerebral lesions

目的探讨MRI引导下立体定向病灶活检术在确定脑内多发病变的病理组织学诊断中的作用。方法使用MRI与立体定向技术相结合,进行脑部病变的活检手术共25例。结果24例获得病理学诊断,1例未能确诊,诊断率为96%。有4例出现并发症,无死亡。结论采用MRI引导的立体定向对于脑部多发性病灶活检,诊断准确率高,安全可靠,并发症少,创伤轻微,病死率低,能够有效地诊断脑内多发疑难病例。

Objective To study the effect of stereotactic biopsy under MRI-guide on intracerebral multiple lesions in histopathology. Method With combining of MRI-guid and stereotactic technique, 25 cases of brain lesion biopsy were performed. Result 24 of 25 cases were pathologically diagnosed. The diagnostic rate was 96%, 4 cases had complications, and no patient died. Conclusion Stereotactic biopsy under MRI-guide of intracerebral multiple lesion is a safe, reliable method, which can be used to efficiently diagnose intracerebral multiple lesions of some complicated cases.
