重型颅脑损伤283例临床治疗

Analysis of clinical treatment of severe cerebral injury

目的探讨重型颅脑损伤的临床治疗方法。方法回顾分析283例重型颅脑外伤患者的临床资料,总结重型颅脑损伤的治疗方法、手术方式及并发症的处置。结果283例中治疗202例,手术死亡41例(20.2%);81例非手术治疗者死亡27例(33.3%),全组中恢复良好114例,预后良好率40.2%。结论早期积极治疗,合理选择手术病例,控制并发症是成功救治重型颅脑损伤、改善预后的关键。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment experience of patients with severe cerebral injury. Methods 283 cases with severe cerebral injury were involved in the present study. The methods of treatment and complications were analyzed. Results The mortality of operated patients was 20. 2%, but 33. 3% in non-operated patients was 40.2%. Conclusion The successful methods to treatment severe cerebral injury include reasonable choice of operation and control of complications.
