摘要
目的探讨椎弓根螺钉在多节段脊椎骨折中的应用。方法27例胸腰椎骨折均行椎弓根螺钉长节段固定,脊髓受压部位椎管减压,植骨。结果经18~36个月随访,X线显示植骨融合牢固,无术后感染并发症;1例出现神经根激惹症状;椎体前缘高度由术前的38.4%恢复至术后85.3%,Cobb角由术前25.4°恢复至术后7.1°。结论多节段脊柱骨折患者以男性中青年多见,多数伴有神经损伤。最常见的致伤原因是高处坠落伤、交通事故和重物压砸伤。全面、仔细地检查伤情,早期正确诊断与治疗,可获得良好效果。
Objective To evaluate the application of pedicle screws fixation in multi-level thoracic lumbar spine fractures (MSF). Methods Twenty-seven cases of multi-level thoracic lumbar spine fractures were fixed with pedicle screws, decompressed centrum, and grafted bone. Results All of the patients were followed up for 18-36 months. X- ray displayed that bone graft fused without iniection. The height of centrum recovered from 38.4% to 85.3% Cobb recovered from 25.4% to 7.1°. Conclusion MSF are common in young and middle aged male mostly associated with neurological injuries. Careful examination, early correct diagnosis and treatment are very important for treatment.
