盐酸曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛心功能不全疗效观察

The effect of trimetazidine on stenocardia and cardiac insufficiency in patients with coronary heart disease

目的研究盐酸曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛心功能不全的疗效。方法将49例冠心病心绞痛伴心功能不全病人随机分为治疗组24例和对照组25例,对照组病采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸曲美他嗪。通过观察心绞痛的发生频率,心电图和超声心动图检查评价两组疗效。结果治疗组心绞痛缓解情况和心电图的恢复较对照组为好,但盐酸曲美他嗪对心功能不全改善较常规治疗无明显优势。结论盐酸曲美他嗪对冠心病心绞痛具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of trimetazidine on stenocardia and cardiac insufficiency in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 49 patients with stenocardia and cardiac insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups, including Treatment group and Control group. The Control group was only treated with routine methods, whereas the Treatment group was treated with trimetazidine besides routine methods. The effect of treatment was evaluated with the frequency of stenocardia, electrocardiogram and echocardiogram. Results Trimetazidine was effective in treating stenocardia, but did mot demonstrate obvious effect in cardiac insufficiency. Conclusion The results indicates that trimetazidine is an effective drug for stenocardia in patients with coronary heart disease.
