脐疗法对剖宫产术后PCIA肠功能恢复的临床观察

目的探讨脐部疗法对剖宫产术后静脉自控镇痛泵(PCIA)肠功能恢复的影响。方法选择符合入选条件的初产妇152例,均在剖宫产术后使用相同药物配伍的PCIA。随机分为两组,观察组79例在术后清流饮食、早期活动等剖宫产常规护理基础上,于术后12小时行脐疗法,对照组73例应用常规护理方法。观察两组术后肠功能恢复及腹胀情况。结果观察组首次肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间短于对照组,腹胀的治疗效果两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论在剖宫产术后应用PCIA过程中,早期进行脐疗法能有效促进肠功能恢复,减轻腹胀,对防治术后胃肠道并发症效果良好。

Objective To evaluate the effect of navel treatment on intestinal function recovery after caesarean operation with PCIA. Methods 152 primiparas with cesarean section with PCIA were randomly divided into two groups, including trial group and control group. In trial group, 79 primiparas were given navel treatment at 12 hour after operation in addition to routine nursing. In control group, 73 primiparas were only routine nursing. The intestinal function recovery and abdominal distention conditions were observed. Results The time of intestinal gurgling sound and passage of gas by anus in trial group were obviously shorter than that in control group （P^0.01）. The remission of abdominal distention was statistically different between the two groups （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion After cesarean section with PCIA, early navel treatment can effectively accelerate intestinal function recovery, alleviate abdominal distention, and is beneficial to prevent and cure postoperative gastrointestinal complications of caesarean section.
