丙戊酸钠缓释片与常规剂型治疗儿童癫痫的疗效

The clinical effect of different dosage forms of sodium valproate in children epilepsy

目的观察丙戊酸钠缓释片与丙戊酸钠常规剂型治疗儿童癫痫的疗效及安全性。方法85例癫痫患儿分为2组,缓释组43例,给丙戊酸钠缓释片25～30mg/kg.d;常规组42例,给丙戊酸钠常规剂型20～30mg/kg.d,24周后判断疗效。结果缓释组疗效优于常规组,而两组不良反应发生情况相近。结论丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗儿童癫痫效果优于丙戊酸钠常规剂型,且服用方便,安全性好,尤其对学龄期儿童有更好的依从性。

Objective To observe The clinical effect of different dosage forms of sodium valproate, including sustain release pill and common dosage in children epilepsy. Methods 85 patients with epilepsy were divided in to 2 groups, including sustain release group （VPA-SR） and common dosage group （VPA-Na）, which were treated with sustain release pill and common dosage, respectively. The clinical effect was evaluated 24 weeks after treatment. Rsults The control rate of VPA-SR and VPA-Na were 65.1% and 33.3%, respectively. The total control rates of VPA-SR and VPA-Na were 93% and 75% respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The sustain release pill is more effective and convenient than common dosage in children epilepsy.
