On the Guarantee of Right and Interest of Mixed Community Ethnic Groups in Hebei Province

在散居少数民族权益保障中,河北省探索了有益的工作模式,取得了重大进展。但同新时期新阶段的发展要求相比,还存在一些差距,在某些方面还存在制约发展的不利因素。因此,推进民族理论政策创新,建立健全民族法制体系、依法行政,重视帮扶、促进经济社会科学发展、走共同富裕道路,成为推动民族工作新局面的重要思路。

On the guarantee of right and interest of mixed community ethnic groups, Hebei province has done some good exploration, forming a positive model of work and made great progress on this issue. But there is still a gap between the developmental requirements of the new era and there still exists some negative factors of limiting its development. Therefore, enhancing innovation of ethnic minority theory and most important way of thinking in advancing the work on ethnic groups in new period.
