With the rapid development of higher education in our country, equity issue in higher education has become a hot topic gradually. People always focus on the external equity of the college, but ignore the internal aspect. Colleges and universities should understand the meaning of equity scientifically and avoid misunderstanding, in order to improve students＇ all - around developmeut and promote the quality of higher education.
