纤维蛋白原与多发性硬化的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 多发性硬化fmultiple sclerosis,MS)是中枢神经系统最常见的炎性脱髓鞘性疾病之一,其炎症过程主要破坏髓鞘,轴索损伤导致永久功能缺损,如瘫痪,视神经损害111。纤维蛋白原是由动物肝细胞合成、分泌的一种糖基化蛋白。近年来研究证明中枢神经系统炎症脱髓鞘疾病导致血脑屏障(blood—brain barrier。BBB)破坏,血液成分外流至脑组织间隙,纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fg)渗漏到细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM).在凝血酶的作用下转化为纤维蛋白,神经细胞外基质中纤维蛋白沉积可抑制神经纤维髓鞘化,而导致神经功能的降低。下面重点综述纤维蛋白原与多发性硬化的研究进展。
