螺旋形和单弓形折流板换热器的工程应用比较 被引量:2

摘要 总结了螺旋形和单弓形折流板换热器的工程应用情况,对比了操作参数和基本结构参数相同时单弓形和螺旋形折流板换热器的工作性能特点,并对壳程同一介质下两种不同形式折流板换热器壳程的流动阻力和传热效果进行分析比较。结果表明,螺旋形折流板换热器的传热性能明显比单弓形折流板换热器要好,而且能有效降低壳程压力损失。 The commercial application of helical baffle and single segmental baffle heat exchangers is described. The operating performances of helical baffle heat exchanges are compared with those of single segmental baffles at the same operating parameters and same construction dimensions. The flow resistance and heat efficiency of two different heat exchangers with the same medium are analyzed. The results indicate that the heat transfer performance of the helical baffle heat exchanger is better than that of single segmental baffle heat exchanger. Moreover, the helical baffles heat exchanger can effectively reduce the shell-side pressure drop.
