河南服装产业集群的优势培育与政府作用

The Function of Government in the Preponderance Cultivating of Henan Clothing Industry Cluster

河南省服装产业集群属于典型的内生性产业集群,目前仍处于发展的初级阶段,集群效应尚未充分发挥,主要原因在于集群内的企业"集"而不"群",配套设施不完善。化解这一矛盾,培育河南服装产业集群优势,离不开政府的有力推动,主要包括:(1)做好服务工作,提升集群内服装企业的竞争力。(2)培育行业协会等中间组织,打造河南服装企业整体品牌。(3)制订发展规划,引导服装产业集群发展的方向。

The paper analyzes the position of Henan clothing industry cluster by using the theory of the industry cluster. The research indicates that Henan clothing industry is growing up spontaneously, it is still in the primary stage and the effect of cluster has not developed enough. The main factors are that the enterprises in the cluster are ＂gathering＂ not ＂group＂ and the subsidiary facilities are not perfect. It cannot do without the function of government to resolve the problems.
