摘要
根据定性研究的成果提出了一系列的研究假设,构建了假设检验路径模型。以苏中地区银行业458位员工为样本,利用SPSS与结构方程模型对研究假设进行检验,得到以下结论:采用的工作倦怠量表在删除某些项目后具有良好的信度与效度;背景变量在工作满意度上没有显著差异;除性别外,其他背景变量在工作倦怠上具有显著差异,而且在具体维度上具有不同影响;工作倦怠、衰竭、疏离与工作满意度显著负相关。
The paper puts forward a series of assumptions based on quantitative researches results, builds a model of hypothesis testing path, then tests the assumptions by SPSS and structural equation model for the sample of 458 employees in bank industry in Soviet Union. This paper receives the following conclusions:Back- ground variables have no significant difference with job satisfaction, but have significant difference with job burnout except gender and job bernout dimensions with difference;job burout, emotional exhaustion and cynicism are negatively correlated with job satisfaction.
