摘要
从1999年紧密纺纱技术问世以来,经历了近10年的应用及不断改进,已显示出紧密纺纱技术在纺纱质量、纺纱效率、节约用棉、织造效率、印染加工及环境保护等方面的优势。综述了紧密纺纱技术的发展情况及其对纺纱质量、后工序生产及环境的影响;重点介绍了四罗拉积极传动方式紧密纺纱的特点,并与其他型式紧密纺纱进行了比较。
From the compact spinning technology came out in 1999, it has been used and improved nearly 10 years.The advantages of the technology has been obvious in yarn quality,spinning efficiency,saving cotton,printing and dyeing and environmental protection etc..The development of compact spinning technology and the influence of it to yarn quality,production and environment are introduced.And the character of compact spinning with four-roller positive driving way is mainly introduced,including the compare with other compact spinning methods.
