社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性,而构建和谐校园是建设和谐社会的重要组成部分。新建本科院校是我国本科教育的新生力量,存在着办学时间短、教育经验弱、运行欠规范、质量待提高等特征,要在高水平大学的激烈竞争中脱颖而出、打造特色,必须充分认识到构建和谐校园重要的理论意义和现实意义,努力探究顺应社会发展、结合学校实际的通往"和谐"的路径,最终实现新建本科院校真正内涵上的升格。

The harmonious society is the natural property of the feature of China socialist. To build the harmonious campus is one of the important parts of it. The new - built university is a new blood of our university education, it has the features of short time for running school, poor education experience, lacking the standard running, unimproved quality and so on. To be outstanding in the intense competition of university and develop the features, we should sufficiently recognize the important theoretical and reality significance of building up the harmonious campus, try to search the way suitable for social development and relating to the harmonious university, for finally realizing the status-raise of the new - built university of the real connotation.
