摘要
教学反思能力是教师提高教学水平的必备条件,通过对教学反思能力的阐述,试图构建化学教师教学反思能力的培养方式,从而促进教师的专业化发展。
Teaching recollection ability is the necessary condition for a teacher to promote teaching level. Expounding teaching recollection ability, this paper tries to establish a cultivating way for teaching recollection ability of chemistry teacher to promote a specialized development of teacher.
