环保NGO不仅是公众参与的重要内容,而且对于公众参与生态建设和环境保护具有重要的意义。通过介绍古胜村农民生态产业协会的发展,阐述了其自愿互助、非营利、自我组织、自我发展的富有特色的"内生式"发展机制,并分析了其发展中暴露出的具有共性特征的问题。

Environmental protection NGO is not only the important content of the public participation but also has the vital significance of the public participation in the ecological building and environmental protection. In this paper, the development of the Farmer Ecology Industry Association in Gusheng village was introduced firstly. And than, the rich characteristic ＂endogenous -like＂ development mechanism of voluntary cooperation, non-seeking to make a profit, the self-organization and the self-development was elaborated. At last, the general problem that has arisen in the course of the association development was analyzed.
