试论江泽民、胡锦涛的人力资本理论

摘要 江泽民、胡锦涛同志结合时代特征和中国社会经济发展的实践要求,在全面继承马克思人力资本理论的基础上,从人力资本市场化运营机制,充分尊重和承认人力资本产权并实现人力资本作为生产要素参与社会分配的重大理论创新,加强人力资源能力建设,把创新能力作为人力资本的重要内涵等方面,丰富和发展了毛泽东、邓小平经济思想。实际上是马克思主义经济理论第三次中国化,也是对马克思人力资本理论的伟大创新,为在新的历史条件下全面落实科学发展观,推动科学发展,促进社会和谐,全面夺取建设小康社会新胜利提供理论保证。 Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao have enriched and developed the economic thought of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping according to the characteristic of China's economic development from the following aspaets: the market system of human capital, full respect and acceptance of human capital property, the important theoretical innovation of taking human capital as a production element to participate in social distribution, enhancing the ability of human resouee,and taking innovation ability as an important content of human capital. Jiang and Hu's theory is a great innovation to Marx's human capital theory, and it is the third localization of Marxism economic theory China. This theory has provided a guarantee for carrying on scientific development, promoting social harmony, and sueeeding in building a prosperous society in all aspects.
