摘要
针对轿车车门闭合力的设计难点,从设计要求、影响因素、能量分配以及CAE模拟分析、密封截面尺寸调节等几个方面,对其设计方法和流程进行了探索,并通过实车进行了设计验证.
The design method and procedure for the closing efforts of car door is studied, The study includs design requirement, influence factor, energy distribution, CAE simulation, and the adjustment of the sealed sections, etc. The design was verified on through the real car.
