摘要
利用有限元方法通过静力计算对汽车消声器悬挂连接件的早期疲劳损坏问题进行了分析研究,并根据连接件的应力分布和失效特征提出了一种改进设计.工程实践表明,改进后的设计可以很好地解决连接件的早期疲劳损坏问题,并改善了连接件的变刚度特性.
Finite element method was utilized to analyse the muffler suspension parts forepart fatigue damage problem, and an improved design was presented according to stress distributing map and invalidation property of the connecting parts. The engineering practice indicated the improved design could solve the forepart fatigue damage problem very well.
