摘要 以正丁醇为稀释剂,采用精馏的方法对微生物发酵法制得的含1,3-丙二醇的发酵液进行了分离提纯,分离工艺包含脱水、脱醇、除渣、精制等过程,并得到纯度大于99.0%的1,3-丙二醇产品.本研究的优点是分离工艺简单、技术成熟,额外引入的试剂少且易回收,发酵液中的结晶沉渣能被有效的分离,克服了精馏时釜液起泡、釜液结块、堵塞管线的问题,可实现连续化操作. The separation of 1,3-propanediol from microbial fermented broth was studied using the diluting a-gent of n-butanol. The separating process included the evaporation of water, dealcoholization, the filtration and purification. The product of 1,3-propanediol was obtained with the purity of over 99.0%. The advantages of the research were that the separating process was simply, the techniques were reliable, the additional agents were little and could be recycled and the dregs could be removed efficiently. The problems of the foaming, agglomerating and jamming were also resolved so that the process could be operated continuously.
