摘要
通过基于芬兰VTI高精度倾角传感器SCA103T实现的倾角检测系统设计,简介了高精度倾角传感器SCA103T的基本特性、检测方法,介绍了单片机通过数字SPI接口实现的SCA103T直接信号处理的硬件电路设计,并给出了数字SPI接口直接信号处理的软件编程策略和C51编程软件.实践应用表明基于SCA103T实现的高精度倾角检测系统设计具有倾角检测方便、精度高、响应速度较快等特点,可广泛应用于高精度测量仪器及智能平衡运动控制系统中.
The inclination detection system is designed based on a high accuracy inclination sensor made by Finland VTI Company. The basic characteristic and detection method of SCA103T is introduced in this paper. Through the digital SPI interface, ECU realize direct signal processing to SCA103T. And the hardware circuit design, software programming strategy and C51 programming software are also given. Form the practice ,it can be concluded that the design of inclination detection system with high accuracy based on SCA103T has some characteristics, such as convenient detection, high accuracy and fast response speed etc. It can be applied to high accuracy detection instruments and the control system of intelligent balance exercise.
