As to the problem of inaccurate measurement of micronaire due to the conformation change and the operation factors in process of calibration of the cotton fiber air meter SJI75 with the standard cotton sample,introduction is given to the new cotton fiber gauge right to the air meter of cotton fiber SJ175. Details introduction of the structure, adjustment process, way of usage and caution proves that the gauge is simple and easy access,thus good for the measurement of micronaire value of cotton fiber.
