亚麻绒纤维混纺纺纱工艺实践

Practice of Flax Fiber Blended Spinning Process

为了使纺亚麻绒纱线的号数更细并改善其可纺性,介绍了亚麻绒纤维的特点及混纺原料的选择,重点从纺纱工艺流程、原料的预处理工艺、预处理养生及主要设备的工艺调整、参数的确定等方面论述了亚麻绒混纺纱线的工艺实践,指出:利用普通棉纺设备纺制亚麻绒纤维混纺纱,需对亚麻绒原料进行预处理养生,以提高亚麻绒纤维的强力与柔软度;在并条、粗纱、细纱工艺中,针对亚麻绒纤维抱合力差、纤维间离散性大以及亚麻绒纱线成纱条干不匀率高、断头率高等缺点,需对棉纺设备工艺进行适当调整;实践证明亚麻绒纤维适用于在棉纺设备上生产高品质的亚麻绒纤维混纺纱。

Inorder to get thinner detex of flax yarn for better spinability,introduction is done to the charac-teristic of flax fiber and selection of the blended material. Highlight is given to the spinning flow, conditioning pretreatment of the raw material and process adjustment of the main equipments as well as the specification determination in process practice of flax spinning. Conclusion is made that conditioning pretreatment is needed for flax fiber to gain the strength and softness of the fiber. As to the poor cohesion of the fiber, decentralization of fibers as well as poor envenness and more breakage of yarn, cotton spinning equipment adjustment is needed when nesessary so as to gain high quality of flax yarn.
