Introduction is made to the properties of the bamboo fiber and lyocell fiber,the blending process flow,process specification and the cautions thereof. Conclusion is made that the bamboo fiber and the lyo-cell fiber are both environment friendly with bright luster,soft and smooth hand,good moisture absorbtion,and germproof,thus nice to wear. The blended yarn is also environment friendly. Thanks to the tidiness of the fiber,less impurities,less cohesion,carding is preferred to beating ,or more necessary than beating. Low speed,big gauge and good control of humiture are recommended for fore-spinning area while knitting process,small draft in rear area,small nipper jaws,big gauge are recommended for rear spinning area . Ring and traveller configuration must be well done. Control of electronic clearing specification is required along with three elements management for more quality product,thus for a bigger market.
