FA497型悬锭粗纱机的技术性能和生产实践

摘要 为提高粗纱工序纺纱质量,在粗纱工序技术改造中选用FA497电脑悬锭粗纱机,通过生产使用,详细分析了该机的主要技术性能、设计特点及使用情况,通过与FA454E生产的粗、细纱质量对比,指出该机型是国产无铁炮悬锭粗纱机的代表,可以较好地实现恒张力纺纱。同时,该机采用机电一体化以及数学模型控制和触摸屏输入参数,为其高速、高产、高效、优质提供了保证,它代表了粗纱机技术的先进水平。 For better roving quality, the pc-controlled roving frame FA497 with suspended spindles is employed in the process of roving production. Production proves the main specifications and design feature as well as application with comprehensive analysis. In comparison to the frame FA454 in prodution,conclusion is made that the roving frame is leading the domestic roving frame with suspended spindles without cones, consequently reaching spinning production with constant tension. What is more, the frame is equiped with mechtronic integration and math-matrix and touch screen for data input, assuring hi-speed, hi-production and hi-quality,leading the advanced tech-level of roving frame.
