摘要 纳米TiO2是一种无机功能材料.采用溶胶-凝胶法及微波烧结联合制备了纳米TiO2,研究了添加吸波材料SiC对纳米TiO2晶型和粒径的影响,并利用微波烧结机理对结果进行了分析.研究结果表明:微波烧结时间短,比传统的烧结时间大大的缩短,效率提高了2倍以上;添加吸波材料SiC烧结纳米TiO2成型的时间要短;SiC的添加方式不同,导致了烧结成型的时间也不相同,制备复合SiC/TiO2粉体的烧结成型时间要比用SiC铺床的方法进行烧结的时间短,但TiO2不够纯,其中含有SiO2. Nano-TiO2 powder is a kind of inorganic function material. It was prepared by sol-gel technique and microwave sintering process. The research investigates the effects of microwave absorption material SiC on the crystal structure and the particle size of nano-TiO2,and the mechanism of microwave sintering is applied to the analysis of the results. The study indicates that the time of microwave sintering to produce the nano-TiO2 is shorter than that of conventional sintering, and the efficiency by using microwave sintering increases more than two times. Shorter time is needed to produce the nano-TiO2 when adding SiC, but different ways of adding SiC will lead to difference of time of sintering form. The time of sintering mixed SiC/TiO2 powder is shorter than that of sintering TiO2 in SiC bed, but the TiO2 powder is not pure when adding mixed SiC/TiO2 powder because it contains SiO2.
