高频超声对先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的临床诊断价值(附22例分析)

摘要 目的探讨高频超声诊断婴幼儿先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄(CHPS)的临床意义。方法选择2001至2007年我院经手术证实的先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄患儿22例,回顾性分析其幽门管超声检测资料。结果22例先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄患儿幽门管超声测量,数据为幽门管长径(18.65±2.11)mm,幽门肌厚度(4.84±0.36)mm,幽门直径(17.33±3.01)mm。超声诊断符合率100%。结论高频超声是先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄安全、简便、可靠的诊断方法,具有很好的临床诊断价值。 Objective To discuss the clinical value of using high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosing congenital hypertrophical pyloric stenosis (CHPS). Methods The high-frequency ultrasound features of 22 cases of CHPS including the pyloric diameter and length and the thickness of the pyloric muscle were measured dynamically by the high-frequency ultrasound. Results The pyloric diameter and length were (18.65±2. 11) mm and (17. 33± 3.01) mm, the pyloric muscle thickness was (4.84±0.36) mm. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can be used effectively, safely and conveniently to diagnose CHPS.
