摘要
文章介绍了CODmax铬法COD分析仪的硬件和软件结构、工作原理及测试条件,并对其应用情况进行了分析探讨。该仪器可用于废水排放COD在线监测,还可以通过水样的稀释等措施实现石油废水处理工艺过程控制。大量的实践和应用表明,该仪器具有结构合理、可操作性强、精度高、测试结果准确等优点。
The article introduces the hardware and software compositions,the working principles and the test condition of the CODmax(Chemical Oxygen Demand)chromium analyser and discusses its usages.This kind of instrument can be used to detect the COD of liquid waste emission on line and can also control the technological process of petrolic liquid waste processing by such method as the water sample dilution.A great deal of practice and application have indicated that this kind of instrument has many excellences such as a reasonable structure,a better maneuverability,a high accuracy,a accurate testing result and so on.
