竞技体操运动制胜有其本项目特有的规律。本文通过查阅大量文献资料和我队运动员参加国内外体操大赛获得优异成绩并进行分析,研究认为:竞技体操运动获胜除了具备高质量成套外,更重要的是要在技术、难度、编排进行创新,这三大因素的创新是竞技体操运动制胜的关键,也是制胜的法宝。

This paper is to discuss on the topic that an innovation is the key to the win in gymnastics competitions by looking back the history of the development of gymnastics competitions, describing the amendments of international rules for gymnastics competitions every four years, analyzing the sportsmen＇ s results in some of the important international games and the sportsmen of our team in the practical competitions.
