作为老工业基地的韶关市,在广东省产业结构全面升级的大背景下,应积极培育和发展产业集群,即:一要调整发展思路、做好产业集群发展规划;二要打造优势产业集群示范区;三要培育特色产业集群;四要优化产业集群发展的外部环境;不断壮大老工业城市的市域经济。
