论我国社区矫正的组织机构与队伍建设

On the Community Correctional Organizations and Contingent Construction

我国社区矫正制度仍处于试点和尝试阶段,实践中遇到众多问题,尤其是组织机构的不顺畅和工作队伍的不健全。因此,要理顺组织机构建设,设立专门的社区矫正机构,由司法行政部门负责社区矫正执行工作,充分发挥多方配合的社区工作机制;建立、健全由社区矫正专业人员和社会志愿者相结合的工作队伍,为社区矫正工作的顺利进行提供保证。

Chinese community correction system is still in the stage of test and experiment. There are many problems encountered in practice, especially the unsmooth organization and the contingent is not sound. Therefore, we should rationalize the organization construction, establish specialized community correctional organization, let ju- dicial and administrative departments in charge of the implementation of the Community Correction, fully exert the community work mechanisms with various devices, establish and improve the community correctional contingent which consist of professional personnel and social volunteers.
