食管支架的临床应用

Clinical application of esophageal stent

目的:探讨食管支架置入治疗食管良、恶性狭窄、食管-气管瘘、食管-吻合口瘘的应用。方法:透视下对46例食管狭窄、5例食管气管瘘、4例食管-吻合口瘘放置镍钛记忆合金带膜支架。结果:食管内支架置入技术全部成功,本组病例经过1～36个月的随访,食管恶性狭窄21例死亡,术后生存时间3～30个月,食管瘘封堵完全,狭窄解除。结论:食管内支架是解除食管狭窄、封堵瘘口的有效治疗方法。

Objective ：To investigate the applications of esophageal stent to treat esophageal benign and malignant stricture,esophagus-tracheal fistula and esophagus anastomotic leakage. Methods：To place the nickel and titanium memory alloy with membrane stent in 46 cases of esophageal sticture,5 cases of esophageal-tracheal fistula,4 cases of esophagus anastomotic leakage under fluorescopy.Results ：The technology of placing of esophageal stent was completely successful.Cases in this group underwent 1-36 months of follow-up.21 cases with esophageal malignant stricture were death with the survival time of 3-30 months.Esophageal fistulas were closed and the strictures were solved.Conclusion：Esophageal stent was effective to get rid of esophageal stricture and close the fistula.
