耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的耐药情况。方法对临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌进行耐药性分析。结果共分离出金黄色葡萄球菌137株,MRSA的分离率为37.2%。MRSA和甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)对常用抗生素的耐药率明显不同,未发现万古霉素敏感性降低的金黄色葡萄球菌。结论治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染时应筛查MRSA,根据药敏试验结果选择抗菌药物,延缓细菌耐药性的产生,控制耐药菌株的播散和流行。
