摘要 用物理、化学、生物和药物等方法综合系统地处理对虾育苗用水:1)澄清海水,用10-20mg/L生石灰调节酸碱度;2)在沉淀海水中泼洒沸石粉30-50mg/L,去除或降低总氨氮、亚硝酸氮等有害物质;3)用15-23mL/m^3 甲醛消毒海水,杀除海水病原体;4)用棉花、过滤袋双层过滤,减少微细悬浮物及有害生物;5)育苗池投放水质改良剂及有益微生物制剂,维持稳定良好的水质,确保幼体正常生长。结果:对虾出苗率提高30%-100%。 Physical, chemical, biological and pharmic methods which were used to treat the water for breeding prawn are: (1) Calcium oxide with 10-20 mg/L was the best concentration to clarify sea-water and adjust pH. (2) Zeolite powder with 30-50 mg/L was effective to remove and decrease harmful substances including ammonia-nitrogen, nitrite and remained chlorine in precipitated sea-water by above 70%. (3) Formaldehyde with 15-23 mg/L was able to sterilize sea-water, especially, to kill pathogens. (4) Cotton and double layer filter were used to filter sea-water to cut down large granules and pests, furthermore, to purify water quality. (5) Water-quality ameliorant and beneficial microbes were put in breeding pond, which were able to optimize and stabilize water quality. Survival rate of larval would increase by 30%-100% by means of this comprehensive water treatment technique.
