汉字灯箱铝板数控剪齿机的冲裁机构设计

This paper takes the blanking mechanism design of Automatic Aluminum-coil Notcher for Channel-letter Processing as example, it introduces the design method of the die： and pressboard, and provides the calculation of the gap of dies and blanking force. Specific to the situation of larger blanking force, the incline cutting edge die is designed, and the blanking force is reduced. Usually, users need varisized Channel-letter light-boxes, so we need design a flexible positioning device, then the blanking device could processing varisized Aluminum-coil.
