摘要
油田生产中广泛使用的柴驱撬装氮气设备上普遍采用独立的电加热设备,虽然加热速度快、温度控制准确、流程简单,但设备成本增加并且对整体布局的优化也会造成很多困难。针对这一问题,提出了利用柴油机缸套水对原料空气进行加热的改进方案。以在油田推广使用的柴驱1200方撬装氮气设备为研究对象进行了热工计算,发现柴油机缸套水每小时提供的热能为350.1 kW,而加热所需热能只有37 kW,因此可以完全满足使用要求。同时对整个系统的布局进行了优化设计,绘制了加热系统原理图,确定了管壳式换热器、自力式温度控制阀、压力泄放阀等关键部件的参数。应用该加热系统不仅可以满足生产需要,而且降低了生产成本、节约了燃料和安装空间,如果在石油行业推广可以取得显著的效益。
The diesel-Flooding forced nitrogen equipment was widely used in the production of Oilfield. In such a device commonly used an independent electrical heating system. Although heating fast, accurate temperature control and operational procedures simple, it cost high and layout difficulty. Therefore propose an improved plan, use the water of cylinder diesel engine heating air. Through the calculation and found that diesel engine cylinder of water per hour to provide heat to 350.1 kW, and the needed heat only 37 KW, therefore the plan meet the requirements. At the same time, the layout of the whole system has been optimized design, drawing heating system schematics. Determine the shell-and-heat exchanger, Self-temperature control valve, pressure relief valves, and other key components of the parameters. The application of the heating system not only meets the needs of production, but also lowered the cost of production, saving fuel, saving installation space. If the plan was spread in the oil industry widely, we could achieve very good results.
