摘要
过热器爆管是锅炉运行中常见主要故障之一。通过统计学的办法对达拉特发电厂1号由北京B&W公司制造的1025/18.44-M型亚临界锅炉包墙过热器和顶棚过热器频繁发生开裂泄漏事故进行了分析,以时间和爆管原因为主要统计点,对事故的类型和多发点做了详细的统计,最后找到了主要原因,为今后减少类似故障的发生起到了关键作用。
The superheater tube burst is one of common major failures in the boiler operation ,By using statistics way,This article carries on the analysis of the frequent dehiscence divulging accident of the package of wall superheater and the ceiling superheater in the the 1025/18,44-M subcritical boiler frequently,which was made by Beijing B＆W Corporation, Take time and cartridge igniter reason as main statistical frequent spots,This article has made the detailed statistics to accident＇s type and spots frequently, Finally we found that the primary cause which played the crucial role to reduces the similar breakdown is not in appearance for present.
