摘要
可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)是一种专门为在工业环境下应用而设计的数字运算操作的电子装置,近年来发展迅速,具有广阔的应用前景。基于对某厂大型流量校验器进行改造的背景,介绍了PLC控制系统的设计与实现。由于该流量校验设备进口较早,受当时技术水平的局限,工作过程严重依赖操作人员,传感器的安装、参数的读取与调整、工作过程的控制、检测结果的数据处理等全部依靠操作人员,严重影响了工作效率,已经不能适应现代测控仪器发展趋势。在自动化程度日新月异的今天,该缺陷日益突出。因此在改造中加入自动化控制技术,可以大幅减少工作人员的劳动强度,提高仪器的自动化水平。简单介绍了某流量校验器的工作原理,及对其工作流程进行可编程控制器(PLC)改造。阐述了PLC控制系统的软硬件设计,具体给出了PLC的I/O分配以及部分控制梯形图。
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) was a kind of electronic device to realize digital operation designed for application in industrial conditions. For recent years, it developed rapidly, and had widely applied prospect. Based on the background of alteration to a large flowmeter calibrator in a certain factory, the design and realization of PLC control system were introduced. Because this flowmeter calibrator was imported early, its working process quite depended on the operator under the technical conditions at that time. So the efficiency was reduced badly, and this situation was not adapted to the trend of the development of modem measurement and control instruments. In these days, automation developed rapidly, and the disadvantages became obvious more and more. Therefore applying automation technology in the alteration could reduce the labor intension largely and improve the automation of instruments. The working principle of a certain flowmeter calibrator and the alteration to its working flow using PLC were introduced, The software and hardware design of the PLC control system were expatiated. The distribution of the PLC I/O and part of control ladder graph were given.
