日本落叶松扦插育苗技术研究

Study on Technique of Cuttage Seedling-raising for Larix kaemferi(Lamb.) Carr

采用随机区组设计,系统研究了生长素及插穗年龄对日本落叶松扦插育苗生根率的影响。结果表明:①用IBA、NAA及IAA处理插穗生根率高于对照;②以浓度为100mg/LIBA处理生根最好,100mg/LNAA次之,生根率分别为87.2%和85.5%;③采穗母树以1a生最佳,扦插时间以7月上旬为好。

Effects of auxin and age of cuttage seedling-raising on rooting ability of Larix kaemferi （Lamb.） Carr. were systematically studied using randomized blocks design. The results were as follows：（1）The rooting rates of scion cutting treated with IBA, NAA and IAA were higher than those of CK;（2）The rooting rate of cutting treated with IBA （100 mg/L）was the highest（87.2%）, followed by treated with 100 mg/L NAA （85.5%） ;（3）The method of scion cutting from 1-year-old and rooting in July was the best.
