摘要
教师职业的专业化,要求教师具备与之相匹配的专业伦理.在对全国十多个省市的中小学教师进行调查中发现,中小学教师专业伦理中存在一些问题,突出表现在:为学生服务的质量尚需要提高;与同事的团结有待于加强;与家长合作欠深入、平等;不善于坚持专业判断;对社会(社区)没有尽到专业之职责;履行对专业集体的责任不很充分.为此需要构建中小学教师专业伦理规范,注重一体化的中小学教师专业伦理教育,加强中小学教师专业伦理修养方法教育.
The specialization of teachers requires corresponding teachers' professional ethics. The author has investigated teachers in the primary and secondary schools in more than ten provinces and some problems are found in the professional ethics of teachers such as: the quality of the service for students should be improved, the solidarity among colleagues should be reinforced, the collaboration with paterfamilias is somewhat superficial and unequal, inconsistent professional judgement, the poor performed professional duty to the society and the limited responsibility to the professional group. In view of these, we should construct the teachers' professional ethics code, emphasize the integrated education of professional ethics and enhance methodology education of the cultivation of teachers in the primary and secondary schools.
