地勘单位国外项目财务管理的现状与探讨

Present Status and Discussion on Abroad Jtem Financial Management in Geological Survey Unit

地勘单位积极实施"走出去"战略,取得了一定的成绩。但是,随之而来的国外项目财务管理就成为了亟待解决的重要课题。文章分析了目前地勘单位国外项目财务管理中存在的问题,在此基础上,笔者从完善管理机制,强化财务控制,实现国外项目财务管理的国际化与本土化等方面探讨了如何加强地勘单位国外项目财务管理,并提出了一系列相关的建议。

The implement of ＂ go out＂ strategy makes some progress in finance management geological survey unit. The coming of item financial management from abroad becomes an important task. Problems exist in present abroad item financial management in geological survey unit are analyzed in this article, on the base of which the author discussed how to strengthening of abroad item financial management in geological survey in aspects of perfecting management mechanism, strengthening financial controlling, realizing of internationalization and localization of abroad item financial management, and put forward a serials of interrelated advices.
