摘要
某电厂2台200 MW凝汽式汽轮机组凝结水系统采用4台16 NL-180型凝结水泵,该泵轴端密封形式原设计为浮动环密封,在实际运行中,存在泄漏、浮动环和轴套易磨损等问题,直接影响机组的安全经济运行。针对这种情况,采用机械密封方式对16 NL-180型凝结水泵进行了改造。分析了改造方案的安全性和经济性,并就改造后可能发生的恶劣工况对机械密封的影响进行了论证。实践证明,改造效果良好,保证了机组安全经济运行。
Primary floating annular shaft seal system, used for four 16 NL-180 condensation pumps in two 200 MW condensation steam turbine units in a plant, influences the safe and economic running of the units, for the defects of leak, floating annular wear and shaft sleeve wear, etc. In such situation, mechanism seal system is adopted to mend the 16NL-180 condensation pumps. The safe and economic performance of the mend project is analyzed, and the influences of possible bad condition to the mechanism seal system is demostrated. It is proved that this mend project is effective, guaranteeing safe and economic running of the unit.
